    "Fabric played a huge role in shaping me as a music fan and years later became the London home for me and my label. This wouldn’t have happened without the help and support of Shaun Roberts, who left us far to soon in Dec of 2022 after an 18 month battle with colon cancer.

    When the Never Sleep crew asked me to contribute to their mix series I knew id like to honour Shaun and help raise some money for Bowel Cancer UK.

    Without Shaun and people like him taking chances on people like me the music landscape would look very different.

    This is mix is taken from the Critical Sound 15th birthday event in 2017.

In Memory of Shaun Roberts. All proceeds go to Bowel Cancer UK.

Next up in the NS charity tape series is a special live recording from the world famous Fabric nightclub in sunny London.

Kasra and his Critical Sound crew offer up a selection of modern drum and bass, jungle rollers and some dark roll outs for the late night steppers.

Hosted by MCs GQ and Mantmast with undeniable fair that encapsulates the atmosphere of these special sessions perfectly.

Raw, dubby and enough to make the hairs stand up on your neck.

All proceeds go to cancer research in memory of Shaun Roberts who gave Kasra the residency and was a huge influence on the UK club culture scene.

We will be hosting a special launch at Phonica Records on Nov 3rd with limited edition colorways of the tape + limited edition packaging.
